Founder

Natasha B. Koprivica is a capital formation strategist focused on how investment firms are understood, evaluated, and ultimately allocated to by institutional investors.

With over 20 years of experience in alternative investments, Ms. Koprivica has been involved in the structuring, development, and capital raising of investment platforms globally. Her work spans hedge funds, institutional mandates, and investment strategies across multiple market cycles.

She currently serves as Senior Advisor to Clearbrook Global Advisors, LLC, where she provides strategic guidance on investment positioning and capital formation.

Prior to founding Fibonacci Capital Advisors, Ms. Koprivica was a Senior Vice President and a founding executive at Venus Capital Management. Over a sixteen-year tenure, she helped build the firm from inception into an institutionally recognized emerging markets platform, known for its specialized expertise and differentiated investment approach.

Earlier in her career, she worked within the International Equities and Options Group at Fidelity Capital Markets.

Ms. Koprivica holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the Institut Franco-Américain de Management in Paris, France. She is fluent in French and several Eastern European languages.
