Fibonacci Capital Advisors LLC was founded in 2015 with a single mission: to be a highly successful, one-stop solution for branding, due diligence, and capital introduction for asset managers. We strive for long term relationships with our clients and act as an extended member of their internal team.
Although we can help any manager with preparation to raise capital, we only raise assets for select ones who pass our evaluation and due diligence. We select investment firms with sound strategy and a proven track record.
Our clients are both emerging and established managers with an excellent reputation.

NATASHA KOPRIVICA
Founder
Natasha B. Koprivica is a registered representative of Profor Securities LLC registered broker-dealer based in New York, NY. All fundraising activities are conducted through affiliation with Profor Securities LLC and regulatory requirements of FINRA and SEC. Over 20 years of experience setting up, managing funds, and raising assets for alternative investments globally.
Ms. Koprivica serves as Senior Advisor to Clearbrook Global Advisors, LLC, consulting firm, based in New York. Prior to founding Fibonacci Capital Advisors, Ms. Koprivica served as a Senior Vice President and one of the founding executives of Venus Capital Management, an emerging market hedge fund. During her sixteen-year tenure, she has grown the organization from a start-up to an institutionally recognized and highly specialized emerging market expert. Ms. Koprivica also served at Fidelity Capital Markets International Equities and Options Group.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the F. W. Olin Graduate School at Babson College, Boston. She has a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance at the Institute Franco-Americain de Management in Paris, France. She is fluent in French as well as several Eastern European languages.
